Terms and conditions of sale:

Each order for a product that appears in the online store of the Farano Store site implies the consultation and preliminary acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The click of validation of the order implies a full acceptance of these. This click has the value of "electronic signature".


The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the online sale window of goods offered by Farano Store to the consumer.

Order confirmation

The summary of the order is automatically generated and sent as order confirmation by e-mail to the address indicated by the consumer.

Information about the products

Lefar srl, given the amount of products offered, while investing many resources to try to make its online catalog as up to date and accurate as possible, could provide some incorrect indication.

For example, descriptions and images may not be up-to-date or correct. If it happens that the product purchased does not reflect the information provided, you can make it by exercising the right of withdrawal within ten working days from receipt of the product pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (so-called "Codice del Consumo").

It may happen that some products indicated as available at the time of the order, are, however, not available at the time of delivery for exhaustion of stocks by our. suppliers.

In this circumstance, the product will be automatically deleted from the order, giving appropriate communication via e-mail: - if you have paid by credit card, this will not be withdrawn for the amount of the products deleted; - if you have chosen the mark, the amount of cancelled products will be deducted from the amount to be paid at the time of delivery; - if the cancelled product is the only one of your order, your order will also be cancelled; - if your order contains other products available, these will be sent to you regularly.

The prices indicated may vary: the one valid at the closing of the transaction will be applied.

Despite due checks, some price errors may occur. In this case the price of the product ordered will be updated and will be the care of our. Customer service communicate the exact price to know if you want, however, buy the product or cancel it from the order without incurring any expense.

The delivery times indicated in the card - product are not mandatory and are not binding on our part. There may, in fact, be delays not attributable to our. normal sales management, but procured by our. usual suppliers, from force majeure causes etc..

Any delay in delivery shall not give rise to any claim for compensation from the customer.

Delivery methods, times and costs

The shipment of orders received by 12.00, will start on the same day, except extraordinary market situations that will be communicated at the time of the order.

The expected shipping date included in the order confirmation is to be considered purely indicative and does not contractually bind the company.

The delivery takes place in 3-5 or 1-2 working days depending on the shipping method selected, excluding Saturday and Sunday, days when deliveries are not made.

In case of cash on delivery it is appropriate to consider an additional 24 hours, necessary to the courier for telephone notice. If the courier does not find anyone at the destination address it is possible to agree on a new delivery by contacting the same courier at the number indicated on the delivery notice left in the mailbox.

The contracted couriers are different according to the type of shipment, the composition of the order and the destination and it is therefore not possible to choose a specific courier.

All shipments are by express courier at a variable cost determined by the amount of the order or by the number/type of products.

The shipping cost for orders over EUR 29.90 is free of charge.

A mark-up shall be applied to islands.

Partial shipment

If the order includes both products available and ready for shipment and others waiting to arrive at our warehouse you can request a partial shipment by contacting us in the appropriate area.

The cost of the partial shipment is the standard one. If the amount of products delivered exceeds 29.90 euros, the delivery will be free of charge and the remaining products will be subject to the same condition.

Tracking of shipment

The shipment is traceable online thanks to the shipping code and the tracking instructions that will be sent by email when the shipment is created.

Delivery problems due to traportator

The goods travel at the risk of the purchaser, therefore the sigg are notified. Customers that any claim for damage to the goods must be communicated immediately upon receipt of the goods, signing the receipt with reservation indicating the type of damage.

Delivery errors and returns management

The customer must communicate to Lefar srl, the same day of delivery or at the most the first working day following delivery, any claim of error of delivery and/ or not-conformity of the products in nature or quality with the indications on the order confirmation.

After this deadline, any complaint will be rejected.

Any complaint not made in the rules defined above and in the terms defined can not be taken into account and will free Lefar srl from any liability towards the consumer.

Returns Management

Any request for return or replacement must be authorized by Lefar srl; all unauthorized returns will be rejected to the sender.

Any RETURN or EXCHANGE OF GOODS must always take place within a maximum of 14 days of delivery with the goods in the same conditions in which it is received and therefore including original packaging, accessories, instructions and anything else originally in the package. The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the customer as well as the risk of damage, loss or other (D.L. n. 20672005).

In case of DEFECTIVE GOODS, the costs of replacement, repair and shipment will be borne by Lefar srl. The goods must be returned in the same conditions in which it is received and therefore includes original packaging, accessories, instructions and more.

The goods are returned upon receipt of the package by us.

In any case, the goods must be shipped to: Lefar srl, via Torino ,56 - 76121 - Barletta.

If you have used a credit card or prepaid card for the payment, the amount will be charged directly to the card, otherwise we ask you to indicate the account details on which to make the payment (Account holder, IBAN).

The refund will be made on the value of the product purchased within the 14 days prescribed by law and you will be notified via email.

All products purchased on this site are subject to shipping contracts. This means that the risk of loss of these products passes to you after our delivery of the package to the courier.

The right to return shall lapse in the following cases:

1) For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and/or it's contents)

2) Partial use of goods and consumables

3) Lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging

4) Absence of integral product elements (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)

5) Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport. In the cases indicated above, Lefar srl will reject the returned goods to the sender.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers who purchase with VAT number and those who purchase customized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a period of 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the products ordered, the customer must send to Lefar srl, Via Torino ,56 - 76121 - Barletta (BT) a registered letter with return receipt.

The Communication may be sent, within the same period, also by email or fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours.

The Communication must contain the expression of willingness to avail of the benefit granted by D.L. n. 206/2005, the indication of/of the product/s for which/s you decide to avail the right of withdrawal and the data relating to your bank account (this is to allow the repayment of the sum due).

The right of withdrawal shall lapse in the following cases:

Product warranty

Each product sold by Lefar srl to a "consumer" buyer is backed by the legal guarantee on consumer goods, which covers defects of conformity that occur within 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.

The Legal Guarantee is the guarantee on the sale of consumer goods provided for by the EU Directive 1999/44/EC, also called "conformity guarantee", which protects the consumer in the event that the purchased products have defects of conformity with the sales contract ("Legal Guarantee").

Please note that Lefar srl is not the manufacturer of the products presented on the Farano Store website and that Lefar srl is free from any liability arising from any defects or defects presented by the products themselves.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided by Lefar srl as it is and when it is available. Lefar srl will try to limit the frequency and duration of such suspensions and/or limitations.

Lefar srl does not guarantee that this site, its servers or e-mails sent are without viruses or other components potentially dangerous to your PC and therefore you agree that browsing and access to the site are at your own risk.

Lefar srl reserves the right to cancel any orders that it considers unreliable and reliable, as well as the right to request, in its discretion, the change of the payment method chosen by the customer, without the latter being able to make any claim against him.

Lefar Srl cannot be held responsible for any damage, of any kind, arising from the use of this site.

Lefar srl cannot be held responsible in case of delay due to insufficient supplies at the suppliers and will not be responsible in case of discrepancy between the ordered articles and the images, texts and photos of such articles published on this site.

Lefar srl will also not be liable for any delay or any failure to comply with the obligations set out in these general conditions if the delay or failure result from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure not attributable to it.

Lefar srl will not be liable for any damages, losses, lost earnings, expenses (direct and indirect) or any other damage that does not depend on a direct and serious breach of the contract of sale.

Competent court

By visiting our site you agree that, in relation to any dispute between you and Lefar srl, the applicable law is that of the Italian State and the jurisdiction of Trani.

Protection of personal data

Farano Store reserves the right to retain the data of each Order as well as the contact details of the Customer for the sole purpose of using them for the proper execution of the Order (including through transmission to commercial partners involved in payment management, execution of the Order and/or shipment of the item)any complaints about the warranty of the item and/or any recommendations or instructions to the Customer regarding the item. The storage and processing of data will take place in accordance with the content of the information regarding the protection and use of personal data by Farano Store ("privacy policy).


Notwithstanding the foregoing, any use of the Customer’s personal data will be subject to the provisions contained in the aforementioned privacy policy.  


Lefar srl declares that all catalogue products comply with the Community provisions EN71 (D.L.313 of 27.09.91) and is exempt from any liability for the use and assembly that is made of the materials sold.
